CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY CLOSURES/SHIPPING
Although our website will remain open for all orders over the Christmas period, the last day to order for Christmas arrival (only U.S) will be December 6th. All orders (besides in stock items) placed after Dec 6th will be shipped from the 2nd January 2025 when we return to the U.S from our short break with family in the UK. Thank you for your patience!
How do I care for my item?
For all items, please make sure to wash on a low or cold temperature setting inside out. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the front of the design.
Following these simple instructions will ensure your item lasts for many years!
When will my order arrive?
If you have ordered an in stock item, these are usually shipped within 5 working days. - You will find all in stock items in their respective shop page on our site.
All t-shirts, unless stated otherwise, are made to order and require up to 2 weeks turnaround to have the t-shirt printed and shipped to us. Once we receive your order we will ship it out the same day, or next working day dependant on timing.
For preorder time frames, please have a look at the products description or the above FAQ as a timeline of the dispatch estimates can be found there.
Once orders are dispatched the shipping times can vary for all over the world. US orders are usually sent via USPS or Fedex and tend to take 2-3 working days to arrive. International orders can vary, sometimes up to around 5 weeks especially during busier times of year although this is not usual and a 2-3 week timeframe is more common.
On the odd chance that there are delays from our part as a business, you will be updated accordingly via email.
Can I exchange or return my items?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations under any circumstances whatsoever and all sales are final. This is due to the nature of items being made to order and individually printed/made for each customer so please make sure to check the size charts and measurements for the item you are purchasing.
However, if your product is somehow damaged or defected, or the wrong product/size has been sent, please contact us within 28 days here with photos and your order number and we will gladly assist.
Oops, I put the wrong address! What should I do?
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us here within 24 hours so we can amend this manually on our site or with our fulfilment partners. Please include your name, order number and the new shipping address so we can proceed as quickly as possible.
Anything after the 24 hour time frame is not guaranteed and changes cannot be made once shipped.
I haven't received a confirmation email. What's happening?
All confirmation emails are sent automatically to the address entered at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folders are try searching LOST SEOULS CLUB to find it.
If you have entered the wrong email address at checkout, please let us know so we can update this for you.
