HOLIDAY CLOSURES/SHIPPING

Although our website will remain open for all orders over the Christmas period, all orders placed after the 19th December will be shipped from the 5th January 2024. All orders before this will be shipped by 22nd December.

PREORDER TIMELINES

Pretty People Love K-Pop Zip Up Hoodie and Sweatpants - Items have finished production and are aimed to arrive to us on the 18th December. Orders are scheduled to ship asap once received by us and will be before Christmas. (if you live outside of the US, this is unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas day itself)

Why did I receive only part of my order? / Why did my order arrive in plain packaging?

Since the growth of our small business and moving to the US, in order to keep providing our international customers with most of the items on our website for less shipping and no customs fee we send all vintage and graphic t-shirts directly from our fulfilment centres placed all over the world. Please note, that because of the items being sent directly from a third party fulfilment centre, these orders will not include any thank you notes and will arrive in an unbranded plain packaging not cohesive to the LOST SEOULS CLUB packaging that all of our in stocks and pre orders will arrive in. If you find any problems or issues with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can look into this for you immediately.

How do I care for my item?

For all items, please make sure to wash on a low or cold temperature setting inside out. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the front of the design.

Following these simple instructions will ensure your item lasts for many years!

How do I make a custom or personalised t-shirt?

Custom t-shirts are available to purchase on our "Custom" listing which can be found in the All Products or T-shirts section of the site. A limited amount are available monthly and you can find out when these are released by keeping an eye on our Instagram stories.

When ordering, in the note section or your order when you reach the checkout, please input the name of the celebrity/public figure you would like on your t-shirt along with any specifics like colour scheme or types of images to include (e.g BTS, Dynamite era). If there is a specific high quality image you would like on the shirt please send it via the Contact Us page including your name and order number. Specifics are optional so if you would prefer a random surprise, just make sure to include their name and we will do the rest!

When will my order arrive?

All orders, except preorders, are aimed to dispatch within 5 working days. Once dispatched the shipping times can vary for all over the world. US orders are usually sent via USPS and tend to take 2-3 working days to arrive and international orders can vary, sometimes up to around 5 weeks especially during busier times of year although this is not usual. All vintage and graphic t-shirts are shipped directly from our printing headquarters and are sent separately if ordered alongside a preorder item or in stock item, so please do not worry if your package does not contain the full contents of your order. They will arrive in plain packaging with no LOST SEOULS CLUB labels or packaging.

On the odd chance that there are delays from our part as a business, you will be updated accordingly via email.

Can I exchange or return my items?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations under any circumstances whatsoever and all sales are final. This is due to the nature of items being made to order and individually printed/made for each customer so please make sure to check the size charts and measurements for the item you are purchasing.

However, if your product is somehow damaged or defected, or the wrong product/size has been sent, please contact us within 28 days here with photos and your order number and we will gladly assist.

Oops, I put the wrong address! What should I do?

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us here within 24 hours so we can amend this manually on our site or with our fulfilment partners. Please include your name, order number and the new shipping address so we can proceed as quickly as possible.

Anything after the 24 hour time frame is not guaranteed and changes cannot be made once shipped.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What's happening?

All confirmation emails are sent automatically to the address entered at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folders are try searching LOST SEOULS CLUB to find it.

If you have entered the wrong email address at checkout, please let us know so we can update this for you.
