Refund policy

Because we purchase the garment as soon as the order is placed, we cannot offer cancellations on orders. Because all of our items are made to order and custom, there are no returns or exchanges on our items. This includes products that are preorders. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they order the correct size and fit. There are measurements for the T-shirt sizes in the description bar of each item. We cannot accept an exchange or return if you ordered the wrong size, have a timeline that conflicts with our processing time, or you simply changed your mind. We will try our best to offer you a discount code to order something you love though!

If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP with the correct address. We will try our best to change it. Order changes can be attempted within 24 hours of purchase, but are not guaranteed.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped to ensure the quality is to a high standard but if on the off chance something is not right, please let us know immediately. We'll do our best to make your order right. We are unable to accept liability for a defective or damaged item 14 days after your order has been delivered.
